The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle is not showing up to download on Origin

Hello - I bought the Worlds Bundle (disc format, Hidden Springs and Monte Vista) and I cannot figure out how to download the discs.  I have windows 10, are these compatible with this version?  The only Sims 3 base program I have came in the Sims 3 starter pack, is that good enough to run the World discs?  I have gone to the Sims 3 website and attempted to follow the down load instructions I've seen on this help site, but it was not working for me.  Purchase history shows the free item I redeemed as well using the code in the box. Any help is appreciated.
