Good morning, I have a problem with the sims 3, when I returned from the University my sim along with all the family unit became unusable, but I see them still and unusable. I have already contacted your service several times, and more than anything I have only been asked for information, the advice to install, uninstall and so on are not served. After a long period in which I have tried to understand why you might be born this problem, I've figured out why. I one day I did start the game, the game does not currently recognize the expansion of Island Paradise (I had saved the university) as a result I made my whole left university without end it at that time, I came out play then when I turned back I saw that the expansion Paradise Island was turned off, then I turned and I started playing, I ended normally the university and then I went home and from then on that the game has become unusable. Therefore, if you want to play my problem follow these guidelines:
1) have a game with island paradise and enjoy a game with The Sims 3, The Sims 3 Island Paradise, The Sims 3 University Life
2) create a new family unit
3) send a university Sim
4) exit the game
5) off The Sims 3 Island Paradise from the launch pad
6) start the game of college sim
7) use it for a while 'without concluding the university
8) exits from the game
9) activated The Sims 3 Island Paradise
10) reused the game from college sim
11) conclude the university
12) go from a phone to a computer and go home (of course after waiting the sheet with the results of the examinations)
11) loading wait for the return trip
