Grim's Ghastly Manor won't download

I have the lastest version of the launcher. I bought Grims Ghastly manor and it won't download?
My launcher opens and gives me an exclamation point by my "downloads" tabs, but doesn't show up or download.
Please help. I really hope I didn't throw away my money/simpoints.
