I'm trying to contact help for a problem with the product codes. I have changed computers and I want to reinstall the sims games that I purchased years ago. I have the physical copies of all the discs. I can not figure out my log in for the SIMS 3 EXCHANGE because apparently that website no longer works. I know the Username and the Password but not the email it is under and its not connected with my Origin account. I have been trying to use the Contact Us function for the last hour and it gets the the last prompt and then perpetually loads and nothing happens.
