No code in my confirmation email for sims 3 pets?

I purchased the sims 3 pets January 6th, 2014 online. I have the confirmation email for my purchase still in my email. I redownloaded origin onto my new laptop and downloaded the sims 3 to origin. When i go to download the sims 3 pets expansion pack it asks for a code. The system tells me to copy the code below to use during the download, however there is no code there to copy.
