Create a World Memory Error

I downloaded the Sims 3 Create a World today and it came up with the "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt." error. I have googled the error and tried the LAA patcher, my game is version 1.69.36.024017 so I'm unsure if downloading the super patcher to decrease the patch to 1.67 would work?

I have the following Sims 3 Add-ons:

- Generations

- High-End Loft Stuff

- Late Night

- Pets

- Supernatural

- Seasons

- Master Suite Stuff

- University Life

Please help.
