1 - Origin launcher lists my expansion packs as both "owned" and "need to buy"
2 - Game Launcher crashes
3 - can't use alternate methods to start game
4 - can't run 3rd party diagnostic tools
5 - when game launcher does come up, it shows that I have nothing "extra" installed
I'm really getting tired of playing checkers and solitaire.
I want my game back and I want it NOW!!!!
