I recently purchased The Sims 3: Hidden Springs on amazon.com. I put the disk into my computer, and it won't download. It gets up to "3 out of 6 files downloaded," and then it stops and won't download anymore. I tried going on thesims3.com and redeeming the code to download it, but it says my code has already been used (I bought the disk as a used copy). Is there any way I can still download it, or am I essentially screwed out of $20.00?
