When I push play on The Sims 3 launcher I get this message. Playing The sims 3 with different active packs may affect your game save. I recently had to reset my windows, and I reinstalled my game and expansions with origin where I purchased them. Also, I can't chat with Tech support because every time I try I end up waiting for hours when it's only supposed to be 5 or 10 minutes, and no one ever comes on. I can't have them call me because they have the wrong number, and I don't know how to correct it. Please help me.
